Chlorine Dioxide Plants Legio Zon®

Chlorine Dioxide Plants Legio Zon®

Chlorine dioxide is increasingly gaining acceptance, particularly in the control of Legionella and other bacteria in the potable water used in public buildings such as hospitals, hotels or sports complexes. With the new Legio Zon® system, the requirements of smaller and mid-sized buildings can be reliably handled too.

With Legio Zon®, 0-5 g/h of chlorine dioxide are generated by the chlorite/acid process and dosed in proportion to volume.

Advantages

  • Outstanding Legionella protection with the proven chlorite/acid process for small and mid-sized buildings too.
  • High safety standard in accordance with DVGW (German Gas and Water Association) specification W 224 and no hazardous operating conditions, thanks to optimal
    chlorine dioxide concentration (2 g/l)
  • High operational safety through automatic monitoring functions and service messages
  • Low investment costs, simple and low-cost maintenance
  • Simple operation

Features

  • 0-5 g/h chlorine dioxide generation in batch process mode
  • Equally suitable for continuous and intermittent operation
  • High stability of the generated chlorine dioxide solution lasting over several days
  • Safe automatic restart after mains failure
  • Controller with menu-guided operation, rinse and service functions
  • Integrated dosing pump for chlorine dioxide
  • Direct control by means of contact water meter or inductive flowmeter
